MESSAGE TO
THE PArents and Players

We are excited to announce that we are building a new 7-on-7 football organization dedicated to doing things the right way.

Our mission is simple: develop better football players who can apply what they learn to their high school teams when it matters most — Friday nights.

We are not focused on tournament results or social media highlights. We are focused on teaching the game, building football IQ, improving fundamentals, and helping athletes become complete players. We want athletes to understand why they are doing something, not just memorize what to do.

TEAM STRUCTURE
We plan to field teams in three age divisions:
14U
15U
18U

Our minimum goal is one team in each age group. Based on interest, we hope to field two teams in each division.

TRYOUTS & PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Tryouts will take place in early December. Once teams are established, we will practice once per week, with the possibility of a second practice before a tournament.

All practices will take place at Battlefield Sports Complex.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
We plan to register for four, possibly five, tournaments throughout the season. We will keep travel as local as possible while providing quality competition and development opportunities.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: LEARN REAL FOOTBALL
We want athletes who understand the game. We will not simply put play cards in the huddle and tell players exactly what to do.

Quarterbacks will learn to understand coverages. Receivers will learn to recognize defensive concepts. All athletes will learn to read and react to what is happening on the field.

Defensively, we will teach zone coverage concepts and responsibilities instead of relying only on man-to-man coverage.

LINEBACKERS ARE WELCOME!
We intend to have two to three linebackers on the field at all times. These athletes deserve the opportunity to develop and compete in a format that gives them meaningful football responsibilities.

Our concepts will translate to the 11-on-11 game and prepare athletes for the demands of their high school programs.

WHAT WE EXPECT
We are looking for athletes who are coachable, competitive, committed, and ready to improve.

Players should be willing to work, ask questions, learn new concepts, and be great teammates.

Parents should understand that this program is about more than a tournament record. We want every athlete to leave smarter, more confident, and better prepared for high school football.

WE ARE NOT BUILDING THIS ORGANIZATION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. WE ARE BUILDING IT FOR FRIDAY NIGHTS.

If you want to learn the game, improve your skills, compete, and become a better football player, this is the organization for you.

More information about December tryouts and registration will be coming soon.

FOOTBALL FIRST. DEVELOPMENT ALWAYS.
